What does my child need to wear?
Students are to wear their school sports uniform. They are allowed to wear their sport uniform for the rest of the school day even though it may not be their sports day. In holiday camps kids should wear play clothes and a good pair of runners.
Can my child bring a snack or food?
Yes, we strongly encourage students bring a healthy snack as well as a drink bottle. At the conclusion of each class we will have a discussion about healthy eating habits and recommend students to eat during that time.
How many sessions are there per week?
At this stage there are only three classes per week. Students are able to choose which session they would like to attend. If they would like to do two sessions then this would need to be indicated on the enrolment form and is available at a discounted rate.
What advice do you give the kids to be healthy?
1. Get active each day
2. Choose water as a drink
3. Eat more fruit and vegetables
4. Switch off the screen and get active
5. Eat fewer snacks and select healthier alternatives

What time do holiday camps start and finish?
We begin at 8:30am and finish at 3:30pm.
Can my child only do one or two days of the holiday camp?
Absolutely, we offer an optional daily rate. Alternatively email Kidfitclub15@gmail.com to organise which day you would like your child to attend.
