Before and After School

10 week program during the school term

These sessions aim to improve all fitness areas with a different emphasis each week including; speed, coordination, balance, core strength, endurance and agility. There's also a focus on teamwork and a discussion about health and nutrition.

Participants are encouraged to bring water and a healthy snack to consume during the discussion at the conclusion of the class.

Studies show students who do physical activity before school improve academic performance and their behaviour in the classroom. These sessions aim to improve their fundamental movement skills including balance, speed, hand-eye coordination, agility, strength, stamina, throwing, catching, kicking and many more.

After School

'Fitter healthier happier term'

Studies show that students who do physical activity before school improve academic performance and their behaviour in the classroom. These sessions aim to improve their fundamental movement skills including balance, speed, hand-eye coordination, agility, strength, stamina, throwing, catching, kicking and many more.

This nine week program is conducted for one hour when school is finished.


Children do exciting activities such as Ninja Warrior, Mini Circuits, Kidfit Games and Bootcamp which are modified for individual student needs.

School Holiday Camps

A fitter, healthier and happier school holiday

8:30am-4:00pm

An excellent way for children to enjoy their school holidays, being active, making friends, trying new sports, and most importantly having fun!

 

All kids from ages 5 to 12 are welcome! (Girls and boys of all levels.)

Children need to bring recess and lunch, water bottle, hat and sunscreen.

Unplug and Play

Every day is action packed to suit all ages and stages.

Children play a range of games and sports including, soccer, cricket, netball, touch football, table tennis and basketball. They also participate in fun activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Master Chef, Ninja Warrior, Dude Perfect, Dance, Mini Olympics and many more. 

The one guarantee is that they will have fun all day and sleep all night!

Art Workshop

'Every child is an artist' Picasso

Draw, paint, print, collage, sculpt, sew, weave or tinker around to bring your own ideas to life.

 

Designed to inspire young artists focusing on artistic skills and techniques. Under the guidance of our friendly art teachers, children discover a great range of techniques and styles. 

Each day begins with a mini-lesson on a new technique, skill, or project inspiration. Then children will have extra time to generate their own ideas and make choices through the creative process.

Coaching Clinics

Cricket, Netball and Soccer

Improve skills, game play, confidence and have fun doing it.

 

The students receive both individual and small group instruction from representative and professional level coaches. A perfect opportunity for children to dive deeper into their preferred sport.
